AIRQ® and Peds-AIRQ® are annual questionnaires. There is also a follow-up version to be used between yearly completions. AIRQ® and Peds-AIRQ® can be integrated into most EHR systems, including EPIC, Cerner and eClinicalWorks.
Your use of AIRQ® and Peds-AIRQ® is free in perpetuity, for the clinical treatment of patients or in an independent clinical study not sponsored by a competitor of AstraZeneca. Your use of AIRQ® and Peds-AIRQ® signals your acceptance of the terms of the License Agreement. We encourage you to register your use of AIRQ® and Peds-AIRQ® with us by completing the License Agreement and returning it to astrazeneca@rws.com. Your information will not be sold or shared with our marketing teams.
